Ready or Not, Here Comes '09

Christmas week is over, and I'm coming up on the new year in decent form, all things considered. I again missed most of my targets -- that's becoming a habit. On the other hand, I've ended the week fairly strongly. I've lost 1.1 pounds this week, bringing me down to 208.4 pounds. I've lost 8.6 pounds since I started 4 weeks ago.

Cardio Exercise - 3 Times/Week NO
Strength Training - 2 Times/Week YES
Taekwondo Practice - 2 Times/Week YES
Stretching - 5 Times/Week NO
1610 - 1960 Avg. Calorie Intake/Week NO

I'm looking forward to the upcoming week!

Congrat's on the loss, I have been exercising regularly, but struggling to lose a two pound gain!!

Good for you! I've lost a little over 5# in the last three weeks by just watching a little bit what I ate. It's so encouraging that I think I'm ready to try and start working on the treadmill again! who knows what could happen...
